Trouble Linking Instagram and Premium Subscription

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble linking my company's instagram to my Adobe Express account. I've tried clearing my cache, logging out, restarting my computer, etc. but nothing seems to work. Can someone please assist me as this is time sensittive. 

 

Also - I bought a premium subscription but my account is still only allowing me three posts per month. Can someone please assist me with this as well?

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry you're having trouble linking your Instagram Business Account, as we know how frustrating this can be.

 

Have you already tried following the steps here on our Helpx page?

Also, do you mind sharing where your subscription was purchased, e.g., directly from Adobe or any app store?

 

Please note that Instagram Business Accounts can only be connected with Facebook Business Pages created 7 days prior.

Hi Lyn, 

 

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried following those steps - I will try again and get back to you.

 

I purchased the Adobe Express subscription directly from Adobe on Friday, Feburary 24. We are currently in the free trial period which ends on March 26. I have my receipt that I can provide if needed. We were under the impression that this subscription would allow us to make more than two posts across our different social accounts. Is this the case?
