I am able to download in all other formats but when I try to download as a PDF I can a message that ‘ A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again’. This is happening for all documents (including templates). I have spoken with my IT team and they say it’s an issue on your end. Can you please help.

Hi @KirstenK,

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please ensure that the network endpoints listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed?

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

Hello Tarun

My IT team have come back and asked:

Just have a look at the link, seems like we need to compare the allowed list on within different time to found out if the network endpoint is allowed or not. But not too sure which site they were looking for, can you reach out to them again and get them to advise what exactly step that you need to do?

Can you please let me know.

Thanks

Hi @maggie_7761,

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know whether this is happening with all PDF files or only with a specific file? Did you try the steps mentioned in this thread already?

If so, could you please share the project URL via private message with edit rights so I can investigate further?

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @olivia_0955,

Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble downloading PDFs from Adobe Express on desktop. To help troubleshoot:

  • Which browser and version are you using?

  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?

  • Is the file large or contains many pages?

Meanwhile, try exporting the PDF as separate pages and downloading them individually to see if that works.

Let me know, and I’ll do my best to help you get this sorted!

Hey Kerry,  My issue was for whatever reason it didn't like the FONT I was using. I changed the font to a different one and it worked.

Maybe for the hell of it just try switching the font and see if that works.

Hi @Kerry Chen

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to create a duplicate instance of the file with the issue and share it with me privately? I'll send you a private message with details.

Thanks,
Dave

Hi

@Caitlin380677578xtf

Thanks for reaching out. Is this happening with all projects or with some specific ones? Did you add assets from the Adobe stock or from the local device? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share a screenshot of the issue?

Also, if possible can you share the project URL with us to investigate the issue? Please give us the edit access, or you can share via private message.

Regards,

Tarun

I'm also unable to download from Express.  My file is a two page .pdf, uploaded from Adobe Acrobat Pro and using Safari 17.5 on Mac OS Ventura.  The files does not include any images.  I've tried both downloading the file, and as each poage a seperate file.  The download button appears to work normally and I do not get any error messages; just no file downloaded.
