Unable to download PDF from Adobe Express Desktop Version.

Hi, someone please tell me why the file does not download from Adobe Express Project, when i try to download in a pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. Someone please tell me the solution.

Hi,

 

Im now having the same issues as everyone else. I shared the link with a friend and they also couldn't get it to work. I've tried different browsers, clearing caches, downloading as jpeg and opening in adobe (horrible image), etc. Please help!

The same thing is happening with me (stuck on PDF download at 90%). When I try downloading a png, it is either a corrupt file or blank. This is frustrating!

Hello! Same thing is happening to me - PDF download stuck at 90% along with an error message. Do you suggest deleting all Adobe Express / Stock assets? Thank you!

 


The same thing is happening with me (stuck on PDF download at 90%). When I try downloading a png, it is either a corrupt file or blank. This is frustrating!

Unable to download as pdf. Rendering until 90% and throwing error. I have very important time-sensitive document that I need to download as a pdf. Any help here is appreciated.

We're sorry for the delay. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you're getting? How many pages are there in the project you're trying to download? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

Same problem here. Tried different browser. No succes. 

It worked a month ago. Now not anymore.

I need this functionality for my customers!

Hi @Xojtek, Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details.

 

Please let us know if this issue comes with all the video project exports or just this one. Also, can you try to export a video project with no Adobe stock assets in it? You can use all your assets to make a project to test this.
