Unable to redeem LinkedIn Premium benefit — "Not eligible / select regions" error

Hi @Tarun Saini ​@Rose DV ​@Amitej S 

I am facing an issue while trying to claim the LinkedIn 3-month free trial benefit provided through Adobe membership benefits. I am an Adobe Express Member.  

When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:

“You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.” 

The thing is, I have never used LinkedIn Premium before since creating my account, so I'm confused about why I'm being marked as ineligible.  

To help troubleshoot, I can confirm the following details:  

Creative Cloud / Express Plan: I am an Adobe Express Premium Member.

Prior LinkedIn Trials: I have never previously redeemed any free LinkedIn Premium trial.  

Prior Paid Premium Status: I have never been a paid LinkedIn Premium member.  

Troubleshooting Already Done: I have already tried clearing my browser cache/cookies, trying different web browsers, and using a completely fresh Incognito window, but the tracking link still triggers the exact same error.  

Since LinkedIn's official documentation states that if the unique partner redemption link isn't working properly we should contact Adobe support for a manual fix, could you please look into this?  

It seems like the system token is misidentifying my profile eligibility or the coupon code is malfunctioning. Could a community manager please check the status of the coupon linked to my Adobe account and help me get a fresh, working activation link?  

Has anyone else faced the same issue or found a workaround? Could someone please guide me on how to successfully claim this benefit?

    I have thoroughly reviewed the FAQ and confirmed my eligibility (no prior trials or paid subscriptions) and have already exhausted all recommended troubleshooting, including clearing cache/cookies and using Incognito mode. Since the Adobe benefits page identifies me as eligible, could you please investigate this account validation error or provide a fresh, working activation link?

    I have already reviewed the FAQ. My situation appears to match the scenario mentioned there where a user has never previously used any LinkedIn Premium trial or paid Premium subscription but still receives the error:

     

    “You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.”

     

    I can confirm that:

     

    • I am an active Adobe Express Premium subscriber.
    • I have never redeemed any LinkedIn Premium free trial.
    • I have never had a paid LinkedIn Premium subscription.
    • I have already tried different browsers, cleared cache/cookies, and used Incognito mode.

     

    Could you please escalate this case or help verify the redemption token associated with my Adobe account? If possible, I would appreciate having the eligibility status reviewed or a fresh activation link issued.
