Just updated Creative Cloud to latest version. When I click on Adobe Express(Beta) I get an unsupported browser error. I have tried Google Chrome and Edge. Both updated to latest versions but still getting the error.

Same here, its been like this for a week or so now. Adobe pushes code to production without testing. I am sorry. There are many here having the same problem and there is no resolution from Adobe. Adobe is known to test a product after pushing it to production. I am tried with this tool 😞

background.js reports errors such as

Promised response from onMessage listener went out of scope

Hi Philo,

Is there any chance that you could provide us a few details related to your device's hardware specs (such as graphics card, graphics driver version & CPU)?

Thanks a lot in advance, this would help us investigate the issue further.

Hello, there are a couple of test you can do :

Check this:
  • webgl2 should be supported (could be browser specific or hardware level specific)
  • wasm should be supported
  • structuredclone api should be supported
  • minimum browser versions (safari, edge and chrome)
You can follow below steps to see the actual issue why this page is getting displayed
  1. Open devtools:  Mac :  Cmd + Option + I       win:  Ctrl + Shift + I or right click and select inspect
  2. Go to console and filter with "Browser"
  3. Reload the website
  4. verify the console logs and share

Tell us if it helps. The team is working hard to solve them asap!!

I had the same problem today.

This is an issue with the option the browser to use hardware acceleration.

So, the solution on Google Chrome (and on other browsers) is to disable that.

On Google Chrome:

Settings --> System --> Disable hardware accelaration.

Give any feedback if your issuer will be solved after that.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi all, i have this to share with you, tell me if this can help. Feel free to dm if needed

Which web browsers are supported for the new version of Adobe Express on desktop?

You can access the new version of Adobe Express on desktop on the following browsers: Google Chrome (version 100 and onwards), Microsoft Edge (version 107 and onwards), and Safari (version 16 and above). Please note: JavaScript must be enabled.

All other browsers will not be supported. There is a plan in place to unblock users on unsupported browsers. We plan to eventually support additional browsers. For now, users in our unsupported browser experience will be able see the following destination URLs that are linked in our unsupported browser experience to download the latest version: ·

*Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/

*Microsoft Edge: https://microsoft.com/edge

*Safari: https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari

Unfortunately not getting my hopes up, been on support 2 days running and still no resolution, adobe are too quick to take the money for the subscriptions but not fix bugs or help users out, as others have mentioned we are looking to switch to Canva in the mean time
