upload not showing up for collaborator

I created a graphic in Illustrator and exported it as a png and put it into express for a team member to use. I saved the express file in adobe files under a new project and shared the product to the team member. Now when the team member goes to open adobe express on her account, she can see all the text and other assets except my png file. It's just showing up as a agrey box.
