어도비 전자 서명 진행 관련 문의

현재 어도비 Pro 및 sign을 구독하여 사용중입니다.

동일한 프로그램을 사용중인데도 전자 서명을 요청하는 절차가 컴퓨터 마다 다릅니다.

PC 1 전자 서명 요청 화면

PC2 전자 서명 요청 화면

두 버전이 모두 유효한 것은 확인이 되었으나, PC2의 전자 서명 요청 화면을 사용하고 싶습니다.

설정등을 어떻게 변경해야 PC1을 PC2 처럼 변경할 수 있나요?
