i'm getting this message when trying to send a document for signature. I've never had problems before, so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Can you now try to log out and log back in and see if the error continues as the issue has been resolved now.

Yes, i am getting a similar one:

Support told me that they are aware and working on mine.  Contact them/open a ticket with your specific error code so you can receive an update once it's resolved...
