2 different names on 1 doc

As you have mentioned that you need to sign 2 names, what exactly do you mean by that?

Are you referring that there are two name fields in the document and when you fill one the other field auto-populates?

If yes, then it is how the form was created. It seems that the form creator has cloned the fields.

You need to ask the form creator to change the name of the second field.

If the form fields name is same, the data will be copied automatically to the other field.

If you are referring to something else, please elaborate the issue.
