Accept the previous Adobe Sign invitation emailed to you.

I have 2 emails and 2 profiles on the same account and get this error message when trying to sign into Adobe Sign on Teams or the web - 

My Account Admin has deleted and re-added me to try and re-send the invitation, but no luck fixing the error. 

 

How can I fix this issue?

When you say two emails and two profiles under the same account, please explain.

Please check your email accounts to see if you have received any emails regarding this.

Please share your email addresses in a private message so we can check the account information. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
