Access issues with Adobe Sign using Make.com

I am on an Acrobat Pro Individual account.

 

In the main Adobe site, its shows me option to switch between 2 profiles(personal & teams), but in Adobe Sign, only teams account is showing up, the individual account doesn't show up.

 

Now, I want to connect Make.com to Adobe Sign, but it is not allowing the connection.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Sign.

 

Acrobat Sign automatically captures the profile you are logged in to through the Acrobat Web Portal.

Before you access Acrobat Sign through the portal, I suggest checking the profile you are logged in with.

 

If everything works fine, and yet you don't see the same profile, I would suggest clearing your web browser's cache and cookie files > log out of the Acrobat Web portal > and sign in directly to the Acrobat Sign website: https://adobe.ly/3LABciF

 

For the integration part, please share the steps you have taken when trying to connect the website with Acrobat Sign, and we can investigate this further.
