Access to raw data for multiple accounts

Question

Does the data from forms only reside in the form creator's account? Or, does that data also reside in the accounts of the approvers?

Example: PersonA creates the form. It is then sent to three levels of approver.s Will the varied approver's Adobe Sign accounts include all the raw data from the initial form - or is that data only available to PersonA, the form creator?
