Hi,

I sent a document for  E-signature  but the recipient gets an error  "Access Token provided is either Invalid or Expired” when trying to sign.Please advise what needs to be done to enable him to complete the E-signature ?

Hi Clintonh,

Would you please let us know how exactly you have sent the document for the signature?

Did you check with the user if he gets the error message with this particular document?

If the user is subscribed to Adobe Sign, I would suggest you to ask him to get in contact with the support team.

They will be able to check what exactly creating the issue on his end.
