Access token provided is invalid

Hi

I've been trying to send the document for signature for a few hours now, and I get an error that I can't because access token provided is invalid. What should I do? Apparently there was the same problem before, but I couldn't find a direct answer as to what could be done about it?
I have the Pro package and tyied already in sign in again multiple times.

create a ticket with support and ask for new link.

you will recieve it on your email.

then you can sign the document.
