Access token provided is invalid

Hi

I've been trying to send the document for signature for a few hours now, and I get an error that I can't because access token provided is invalid. What should I do? Apparently there was the same problem before, but I couldn't find a direct answer as to what could be done about it? I have the Pro package and tyied already in sign in again multiple times.

you can create a ticket for the transaction and support team will send u a new link for the same aggrement.
It happens usually when you fail to sign the aggrement before expiration.
