Can documents tracked in Adobe Sign and stored in Adobe cloud services accessible via a secure hyperlink?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have already get the answer to your first query, let me help with the second one.

Once the widget is created, the hyperlink will live on as a permanent link for the particular document.

Even after the document is completed by all the parties, you can re-use the link whenever required.

It is like a template form that you have created and can reuse anytime.

However, it is unclear if this will create a permanent reference link so I posted the follow up question:

"Once the Widget is created and the document is completed (signed) by all parties, does this hyperlink live-on as a permanent link to the final document?"
