Accessing Adobe Sign Settings and change Singature Settings

Hello,

How can I access the Adobe Sign settings and change the settings that the IP address is not tracked / stated in the report after the signature process? I work with Adobe CC, but from Adobe Acrobat I can't jump to Adobe settings.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

We see that you are using the Acrobat Sign Individual plan.

To access the account settings, use the following steps:

- Open the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

- click on the profile icon and select settings.

- Go to E-Sign settings and click on hyperlink Edit settings.

Would like to inform you that options under the Account settings for the individual plans are limited.

Let us know the option you are trying to change.

Dear Meenakshi,

Thank you very much for the walkthrough. I managed to adjust the settings. Due to Data Privacy means, I removed eSign to call the IP address of the signees.
