Accessing Workflow

Hello,

I am a new Adobe admin/developer and am trying to gain access to the Workflow functionality. We have purchased Adobe Sign Enterprise and would like to explore how we can create a contract approval system. 

If someone can point me in the right direction as to how we can get started that would be great.
