Account is in the wrong country and doesn't allow me to sign up to trials
Hi there
I've been trying for weeks now to sign up for a trial of the Adobe Sign product. I work at a college in the UK and have been asked to look into purchasing the software. For some reason, my establishments account always comes up saying I'm in the US though, and therefore I can't sign up for the trial as it rejects my postcode.
I've spoke to support and also my reseller and neither seem to be able to do anything. The reseller claims the account is definitly set to the UK, but whenever I log in, I'm taken to US pages.
Any advice or help would be appreaciated.
