Acrobat DC Send for Signature get stuck during document upload. Stops at 18%...

I have been using send for signature for over 6 months with no issues. All of the sudden today  it gets stuck during the document upload process and won't go passed 18%. I've tried rebooting, I've tried different document sizes, nothing is working. Any ideas?

Hi Hlapteff,

Try using send for signature option in a web browser at this link :  Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign and check if that works.

Also, try repairing Acrobat using "repair installation" option under help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.

Sign is not included with CC, so this solution isn't appropriate, correct?  I have the same problem.  I have documents in Adobe Cloud, but when I click on send for signature ... spins and spins...
