Acrobat Pro eSignature "Access denied..."

In my Adobe Acrobat Pro account, when I attempt to send a document for e-signature, I get the following message after entering the recipient's email address:

 

"Access Denied: You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access."

 

Since I am the owner of the account and thus presumably then also IT administrator, how would I go about gaining access so I can send a document for e-signature?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

 

Please log out of your Acrobat and open the following link: https://adobe.ly/3LNFK5O. Then sign in using your Adobe ID and password. Once logged in, try to send a document from the web account. If that works for you, then you can try using the desktop application.
