Acrobat Pro eSignature "Access denied..."
In my Adobe Acrobat Pro account, when I attempt to send a document for e-signature, I get the following message after entering the recipient's email address:
"Access Denied: You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access."
Since I am the owner of the account and thus presumably then also IT administrator, how would I go about gaining access so I can send a document for e-signature?
