Acrobat sign completion date

Hello,

Im having trouble with Acrobat sign. When I send a document out for an e-signature, all is good. When the document is returned to me signed, the completion date shows the document was signed 8 hours ahead of the time it was actually signed. I thought maybe my account location was set for UK instead of pacific time Canada, but according to the Agent, everything is correct
