Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account email never received after multiple registration attempts

Hello,

I am trying to register for an Adobe Acrobat Sign Developer Edition account so I can develop an integration using the Acrobat Sign REST API.

I have submitted the official Developer Edition registration form multiple times:

https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/developer-form.html

After submitting the form, I receive the confirmation message stating:

“You will receive an email in about 30 minutes with a link to your new developer account.”

However, I never receive this email.

I have already:

  • waited well beyond 30 minutes;
  • checked my spam/junk folders;
  • submitted the registration several times;
  • verified that my Adobe ID is active;
  • attempted the registration on different occasions.

I specifically need access to Acrobat Sign Developer Edition / Acrobat Sign API, including the ability to create an API Application and obtain OAuth credentials.

Could an Adobe employee please check whether my Developer Edition provisioning request is stuck or whether an Acrobat Sign account already exists for my email address?

I can provide the email address used for registration via private message.

Thank you.
