Acrobat Sign Error 429

Can't send documents for e-sign, keep processing then getting error 429. this is after trying to send two bulk signature docs yesterday but these were cancelled. Please can you help?

We checked your account. It shows as active and working fine. Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Use an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome. See if that helps.

As you have tried the bulk send before, you might have crossed a throttling threshold and that is the reason you received the error 429. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

 

If the error still occurs, let us know if you are trying to send a single document or using the bulk send feature. Share the screenshot of the error message.
