Acrobat Sign issue login document cloud..

Question

Good morning, Acrobat Sign for Android, does not allow me to log into Document Cloud (through inside settings: Service's Integration)...
How can i doing fix this??

Could you please let us know how you are trying to log in to Document Cloud from the Acrobat Sign application?

Please share more information about the workflow you do and the issue that occurs. If you get any error messages, share them with us.

Share the Acrobat Sign and Android version number on the device. Screen recording of what is happening would be very helpful to understand the issue at your end.
