Acrobat Sign mobile app

I've been using Acrobat Sign app on my iphone for a few years to send a contract to sign.  I sign it first then send for the other person to fill out and sign.  Suddenly, within the last few weeks when I go through the process and finally hit send it comes back with an error stating that the first fillable field (meant for the other person) doesn't have a value as if I'm supposed to fill it out.  It works fine when I send the exact same document via documents.adobe.com.  It just won't send anymore via the app.

As mentioned above, the issue occurs only with the mobile application. Is that correct?

If yes, would you mind sharing Adobe Acrobat Sign and OS version numbers on your mobile device?

Also, did you send the document via an online account using a mobile device or a desktop application?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow you do to send the document via the mobile application.
