Acrobat Sign Salesforce error

Seeing anyone has had this issue or experience with it.  The issue is impactign a single record type and we are using a manul work around (we can send via the adcorbat pro site) but it requires multple manual steps to tie the docuemtn back tot eh correct account.  The screen shot of the error is attached.  I have a case open and we havebeen working on this for 23 claandar days so hoping someone in the community has come across the issue before and might have insight in how to resolve.

Have been since before US Memorial Day (mid-May).  Was hoping someone in these forums might have a solution since we have been unable find one yet.   Have a meetign with Tier 3 tomorrow.
