Acrobate Pro Wont Send Document for Signing

Has worked fine for the last year but now it says after I load the doc's and click ready to send:

could not send.  an error has occurred. please try again.

No error code?  I have re-installed acrobat and that has not helped.  It will not send any documents - i have tried multiple documents.

please help!
