Add and delete documents

Question

When processing a legal document for execution, our signer is provided the legal document and a cover sheet that outlines the deal--both documents require his electronic signature. I would like the signed documents returned to me so that I may remove one of the signed documents and add another document for the 2nd signer to electronically sign. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

The Acrobat Sign does not work in this way. Once the document is signed, you will not be able to make any changes.

If you wish to send the document to two signers, you must send it at once.

In the above scenario, you may use the limit document visibility feature, so the next signer does not see the document page you wish to remove.
