Add "More Fields" on my Adobe Account.

Hello, may I know how can I enable the "More Fields" which includes File Attachments and Hyperlinks on my Adobe Account, please?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you wish to enable the "More fields" option, we did check your account with the email address that you have used to sign in to the community. You have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan.

The "More fields" option is available only with the Adobe Sign team, business, and enterprise plan.
