Add notes - unable to fill any text

Hello,
one user in our usergroup is not able to add notes in Manage section. The dialog window "Add Notes" opens but she is not able to click into notes field (where is the default text "This will be your own personal note...).
The user has the same AdobeSign rights as others have.
I suspect that this is some kind of browser setup? We use Chrome.
We tried/checked:
- pop up window setting is OFF (as all other users have), and we try to add an exception to [*.]adobesign.com
- JavaScript setting is ON
- open a page in New Incognito Window
- use different browser (MS Edge browser)
Non of these actions was successful.
Any suggestions what to check/set up?
