is there a way to add T&C's to a document and forecthe signee to accept before signing in adobe sign

I don't know what T & C mean in your organization's slang, but I assume you're trying to have a Client show commitment in a letter of intent type of document, like acknowledging the he/she read everything before signing... correct?
