Additional Identifier of a document on the send page in eSign Service (EchoSign)!!!

We are in need of additional contract identifiers on the send page.  The name itself is not enough. When we run reports and export them into excel, it is very difficult to distinguish between types of contracts.   If the send page have additional identifier fields (e.g Contract, Amendment, Notice Letter etc.) it would help us with reporting. We need about 3 separate identifiers that the sender could select from a dropdown.  I would work similarly to Adobe’s message option. The functionality is there, can you expand on it and provide this option?
