Adjusting company logo position in header and footer

We have uploaded our company logo to Adobe Sign w/ the appropriate specs to be our header and footer. Is there any way to move these around on the actual email template when it’s generated? As you can see below with Adobe’s example, the header is in the middle and the footer is to the left. Just wanted to see if it was possible to make them uniform and in the same area (in this case to the left).
