Admin account couldn't find the workflow setting function in acrobat e-signature

Even we log in by admin account, we still not avaliable to get the below function in our screen.

You have to make sure that person has Acrobat sign Admin privileges assigned.  These are set in the VIP's admin console not in the  Adobe Sign Console.
