Adobe 11/DC - Digital signature certificate based security

Hi Experts,

We are using digital signature certificate based (Adobe 11 Function: sign with certificate). Security settings prevent e.g. watermarking of signed documents. How to edit secured documents and log changes applied after digital signature? Maybe it is possible to remove security settings and to apply certificate based signature without security settings? Adobe expert could not help via phone. Maybe this request is impossible and not functions are not provided by software. Thank you.
