Adobe Acrobat addon for Google Drive: Signed file doesn't have audit report like email attached file

I'm using the Adobe Acrobat addon for Google Drive, which I can click on a pdf file in GDrive and choose the addon to edit and send it out for signatures. 

 

The addon then creates a .pdf file when it's pending for signatures:

And when it is signed, it will change to this file:

I will also receive an email with the signed file attached.

The problem is the autosave file in my GDrive doesn't contain the Audit page like the one sent to me by email. 

I can't find anything in my setting about this issue. Please help. Thank you!

    Could you please let us know how the document is saved after siganture in GDrive? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording for a better understanding.
