Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Trial - Doesn't let me send to documents to be e-signed

Having some difficulties when trying to test the "Send for Signature"- option . So , i have the desktop version of DC Pro , trial version , and now this week it keeps on asking me to upgrade the subscription  even though i have time left on my trial. Have i run out of time or does the problem lie somewhere else ?
