Adobe Acrobat Desktop app is missing e-Signature tool

Hi,

I´ve got Adobe Accrobat Pro and when I am online I´ve got the option to request e-signatures but I am missing that option when I open the desktop app.

I uninstalled it and installed again but I am having the same issue.

 

Is there anyway who managed to fix it?

Please confirm if the option was there before. Did the option disappear after the recent change?

Are you using the same email address for Acrobat, which is used to sign in here on the community page?

If yes, try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html. 

Let us know if the option reappears.
