Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe sign w/Authentication

Question

My company signed me up for Adobe Pro and I need the signature authentication feature for documents.  Is that included in the Adobe Pro?  If so, how do I find it.  I've gone into E-Signatures, clicked on More options, when I clicked on the "E-mail" Icon, it only gives me the options for email or password...I need phone authentication.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out.

The option is not available with your current plan. As you are using the Acrobat Pro subscription, it includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan.

The option for phone authentication is available with Acrobat Sign business or enterprise plan.
