Adobe Acrobat sharing templates with free membership org accounts

Our org has one paid seat and one user with no products and the free membership. They can access documents.adobe.com, however, they don't see any template I shared as per document settings Who can use this template > Any user in my organization

Is the sharing between paid and free accounts not supported, or?

Thanks in advance for any help or tips!

Hi Lubos28189533mxby ,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

The template can be shared only with users under the same account. This feature is only available with the Acrobat Sign team and Enterprise plans.

We checked that you have an Acrobat Sign individual service plan. Your Acrobat Sign account is not part of the organization account, which is an Acrobat Sign Team or Entperise account. With your current plan, it is not possible to share the template. Also, the recipient should be part of that account.

Users with individual service plans cannot share a template from within their accounts with other account users. If you wish to share the template, you need to manually download the template file as a PDF and share it with others.

Hi Lubos28189533mxby,

Thank you for reaching out.

The document sharing does not work like this. When you select "Any user in my organization," it indicates the users added under that Acrobat Sign account. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4hC0yHX

It is not possible to share the document with another account user.

Hope that answers your question.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks for your response, Meenakshi!

Do I understand correctly then, that the only way to share the signature template is to buy a dedicated seat for Adobe Sign?
