Adobe Acrobat Sign

While on the Adobe Sign app, it will not allow me to send any e-signature requests and has a link that says "get app" but doesn't do anything when you click on it. This is affecting my work as I tend to have to sign people up while on the road and need this fixed as soon as possible.

Hi @TamaraPB ,

 

I understand that this might be really frustrating. 

 

I would like for you to check once if you are able to access Adobe Sign from the Web portal. 

If you are able to access Adobe Sign online but not via App, than the recommended resolve is to Remove feature lockdown folder from registry. 

In case you are unsure how to do that, please contact Adobe Sign Support Team.
