Adobe Acrobat Sign document not submitting

After completing the document there is no option to submit. It can be downloaded, the downloaded document is clear of data. The only option is to print, complete and sign in pen. If the downloaded document retained the data, it could be emailed but that is not an option either. What is the fix?

    What do you mean?  After completing signing or completing the process of requesting signatures?
