Adobe Acrobat Sign sending emails in Ukrainian instead of English

Hi,

I need help resetting the language on my Adobe Acrobat Sign account. All outgoing email notifications (contract signing requests sent to recipients) are appearing in Ukrainian instead of English.

I have already checked and confirmed the following are all set to English (United States):

  • Acrobat User Locale
  • Adobe Account Preferred Languages
  • Adobe Sign Personal Preferences / My Profile
  • Communication Preferences

A team member based in Ukraine was previously using my account to send contracts. She has since been signed out and removed, but the email notification language remains stuck in Ukrainian. I have also cleared my browser cache and cookies with no change.

I believe the locale is saved server-side and needs to be reset on Adobe's end.

Could you please reset the email notification language for my Sign account to English (United States)?

    As mentioned earlier, your account was accessed by a team member. Could you please confirm whether this team member initially used the account or if their access was only temporary?

    Additionally, are the recipients of the emails from Ukraine? This information will help us understand what changes occurred in the account.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Account access: Her use was temporary, but she stayed signed in for a few months without realizing it. She is no longer signed in and does not use the account in any way.

    Recipients: No, the recipients are in the US (for example, US-based signers). The issue is not that we’re emailing people in Ukraine: the notification emails from Adobe Acrobat Sign are in Ukrainian (subject lines like “надіслано для підписання…”). That’s why we’re asking for help on the account side.

    What we’ve already done: Acrobat “User locale” is English (US), Adobe account preferred language is English (US), and we cleared browser data for Adobe and retested. New test agreements still trigger Ukrainian notification emails.

    I saw your note that language may not be exposed in settings for individual plans. Can you or Adobe support reset the Sign/email locale on the backend for [Moderator removed the email address], or point us to the exact control if it exists for Creative Cloud Pro + Sign?
