ADOBE ACROBAT SIGN UNDELIVERABLE

Hi,

 

we are receiving the mail you´ll see as attachment everytime we try to send a document for signature. we already followed instructions in other post to add the email address adobesign@adobesign.com to our safe list but still not working.

 

can you please let us know the solutions for this? thanks in advance.

Please let us know if you get an undeliverable error with a particular email address or with everything.

Please confirm if you are using the same email for the account that is used here on the community. We have checked your account with that email and see that you have a free account with that email ID.
