Is there a way to get the attachments to an original document to keep thier own titles when they come back after being signed instead of all the attachments having the same title as the orignal document that you wanted signed?

Okay, not a problem.

Say you are sending 3 documents on the Adobe platform. You select the first document, and the name pops up in the subject line ex: NEW HIRE LETTER. You then want to add 2 more documents that will go out at the same time ex: PARKING PERMIT FORM and BADGE INFORMATION FORM. You go to the add attachments, select those documents that appear right under the NEW HIRE LETTER form that you originally picked. They go out, the person signs the letter and fills out the tax forms. When they come back signed and filled out, they all are labelled NEW HIRE LETTER but there are 3 of the NEW HIRE LETTER form. Then you have to get into each of them to figure out that 1 is the NEW HIRE LETTER, the 2 is the PARKING PERMIT FORM, and 3 is the BADGE INFORMATION FORM.

In other words, all 3 forms come back to me labeled the same thing.

Hi Melanie237347444q5r,

Thank you for reaching out.

Would you mind elaborating on your question?

Are you referring to the attachments added to the document? Or are you referring to the multiple documents sent for signature at once?

It would be helpful if you could share an example.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
