Adobe DC Pro free trial won't activate

I have downloaded and installed the free trial for Adobe DC Pro.

However when I log into documents.adobe.com to send/track documents for signature, I am asked to Subscribe Now and I cannot view my dashboard.

Within the software, I have activated my free trial and it states this in the bottom right-hand corner.

You won't be able to use Send & Track service without the subscription for Acrobat DC.
