Question

Adobe DC with esign and salesforce

Hi there,

I am currently on a trial of Adobe acrobat DC and will probably purchase a subscription to enable me to use the signing feature so that I can send a document to a client for them to sign and send back.

I will be sending the documents through salesforce which will track which documents have come back and which haven't per client however I am not sure whether I should be purchasing the subscription directly with adobe after my trial finishes or whether I should purchase it through the salesforce app exchange?

Also if I purchase the acrobat DC does this automatically include the esign feature or do I need to purchase the separate adobe Sign product instead?

Any comments welcome!

Thanks v much in anticipation....

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark,

You can buy a Document Cloud subscription and get to use Adobe Sign with it. Or you can buy Adobe Sign standalone if you don't want to buy other products which you may not be interested in purchasing.

Coming to the SalesForce question, You can buy directly from Adobe and use the same account for Salesforce. I will suggest you to call Adobe Support client care and they will be able to figure out the best deal for you based on how and how much you want to use.

Thanks
