Adobe E-Sign

Hi, 

 

I currently have an adobe e-sign account that I use on a regular basis, however my work email address and recently changed very slightly and the adobe notifications are now bouncing and no longer come through to my email. 

 

I have tried to update my email address but it says that I am unable to as the new email address is already in use. How can I change this?

You should contact Adobe directly through chat:

 

Use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=auto
Open in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
