Adobe E-Sign Authentication failed

Hi All,I am getting the same authentication failed notification when trying to specify where to sign on Adobe E-sign.Any guidance or advice would be appreciated on how to get this resolved.

Could you please share the Adobe ID (email address) used for the account in the private/direct message so that we can get the entitlement checked, and we can update you soon.
